  • An algebra based study of mechanics and waves.

  • Introduction to the science of astronomy: A comprehensive, non-technical survey of astronomy covering the history, tools, and methods of observational astronomy leading to an understanding of the structure and evolution of the planets, the solar system, stars, galaxies, and the known universe. The course also includes discussion of current topics related to space exploration, climate change, and general Earth Science.

  • A survey course in selected topics from physics including mechanics, states of matter, heat and thermodynamics, electrical and magnetic phenomena, optics, and modern physics. This course focuses on the physical concepts and is non-mathematical in nature.
